Designed specifically for digital interfaces, Inter carries a large x-height and open letterforms that maintain legibility at small sizes across screens. The family spans nine weights from Thin to Black, each with a true italic, and includes dedicated optical sizes for text and display use. It has become a de facto standard for UI typography, adopted by GitHub, Mozilla, Figma and Notion, and covers more than 2000 glyphs across 147 languages.
