PTS Intelligo

A modern grotesque with clean geometry and an extensive set of OpenType alternates, covering over 200 Latin-based languages across eight weights.
About
Eight weights from ExtraLight to Black, each with a matching italic, give the family enough range for both text and display use across print and screen. Thirteen stylistic sets allow per-character switching between double-storey and single-storey forms for 'a' and 'g', alternate cuts of 'R', 'l', 't' and individual numeral variants, giving designers fine control over the typeface's personality. Discretionary ligature shortcuts for arrows, copyright and registered symbols, and the numero sign add practical utility for interface and editorial work.
Classification
Described as a modern grotesque with clean geometry, placing it within the geometric grotesque tradition. The presence of alternate single-storey 'a' and 'g' and alternate 'R' forms suggests a humanist influence within an otherwise geometric framework.
