Two elegant caps-only display fonts designed for initials, headings, logotypes and inscriptions. Arlt Deco 1 and Arlt Deco 2 draw loosely on 19th century decorative types, with Arlt Deco 2 particularly suited to very large settings where its ornamental detail can breathe. The punning name alludes to the resemblance in pronunciation between 'Arlt Deco' and 'Art Deco', though the design sits closer to neoclassical and transitional ornamental traditions than to the geometric rigour of that movement.
