About
Rayuela Display is the companion series to Rayuela Text, designed for expressive, relaxed typographic uses. Rayuela Luz is an openface with open stroke endings that give it a half-Tuscan character; Rayuela Miscelánea is a puzzle-inspired font with jumping figures evoking hopscotch and contemporary fleurons in the caps; and Rayuela Chocolate is an ultra-black cut offered in roman and cursive. The family covers Basic Latin with OpenType features including oldstyle figures, standard ligatures, hopscotch figures and fleurons.
Classification
A highly ornamental family spanning an openface inline (Luz), a dingbat/puzzle variant (Miscelánea), and an ultra-black roman and italic (Chocolate), all firmly in the decorative display category with no body-text intent.
