Neue Machina Collection
Pangram Pangram Foundry · Mat Desjardins, Valerio Monopoli

A geometric grotesk in two cuts — Inktrap and Plain — designed around machine aesthetics, with prominent ink traps emerging at heavier weights.
About
Designed by Mat Desjardins and Valerio Monopoli, Neue Machina draws on robotics and digital-age aesthetics to produce a typeface that shifts character across its weight range. Lighter settings read as a clean geometric sans; heavier weights reveal deep ink traps that give the family a distinctly mechanical personality. Each of the two cuts — Inktrap and Plain — ships with nine upright styles, nine italics and a variable font, with Cyrillic support across both.
Classification
Described as monospace/geometric in character, with a grotesk structure and ink trap details in heavier weights, placing it firmly in the geometric sans category with display tendencies.
