A 28-style dual geo-humanist sans by Mat Desjardins, with a humanist Plain cut and a tighter, more geometric Fizzy cut.

About

A dual geo-humanist sans system by Mat Desjardins, with Alex Slobzheninov and Francesca Bolognini credited on the project. The 28-style family splits into two subfamilies: Plain, with open shapes, natural letterforms and balanced proportions for reading-comfort settings, and Fizzy, which tightens spacing, geometricises the shapes and crisps the details for large-size display. Each subfamily runs seven weights with italics, plus variable cuts. Pangram describe it as loosely inspired by Antique Olive, Johnston and Avenir, but treating those references lightheartedly. Useful where a brand needs both a comfortable text voice and a punchier display sibling without leaving the family.

Classification

Pangram tags it Display, Expressive, Humanist, Italics, Sans Serif, Variable. The family carries two subfamilies, Plain and Fizzy, that share a skeleton but split between humanist body settings and tighter geometric display cuts.
