Dear Sir Madam
Radim Pesko · Radim Peško

Originally a one-off typeface for exhibition labels, this calligraphic display face draws on classical sign-writer lettering guides and treats inconsistency as a feature.
About
Conceived for wall texts and object labels in an exhibition context, the design reduces straight lines to retain the organic rhythm of hand-drawn sign-writing. Twelve stylistic alternates and an italic were added when the typeface moved from private distribution among exhibition contributors to general release. Its deliberate embrace of imperfection and calligraphic irregularity makes it a considered choice for editorial and cultural work where mechanical precision would feel wrong.
Classification
Rooted in sign-writer lettering guides, the typeface reduces straight lines to preserve an organic, calligraphic quality with deliberate inconsistencies, placing it firmly in calligraphic display territory.
