Leutner is a bold geometric display face built as a four-layer system — Main, Fill, Base and 3D — designed to be stacked for dimensional typographic effects. Aaron Sechrist of okPANTS drew from late 20th-century modernist geometry while developing a typeface with its own distinct personality rather than a period pastiche.
