Lyyra Expanded is the widest cut in the Lyyra system. The foundry describe it as 'downright decadent', taking the family's diagonal counters and bloomed petals to extremes for powerful display work. Five weights from Light to Black with matching italics keep the cut workable across hierarchy, and it pairs naturally with Lyyra Standard and Lyyra Extended. Default diamond dots can be swapped for tamer round alternates, and the OpenType feature set covers oldstyle, tabular and scientific figures alongside fractions.
