Noe Text
Schick Toikka · Florian Schick, Lauri Toikka

Noe's text optical size: a sturdier eight-weight Latin serif (including Book) tuned for body copy and long-form reading.
About
Noe Text is the smallest-size cut of the Noe family. The foundry describe it as a text companion that functions in body copy: heft is added to hairlines, corners are blunted just enough to keep details visible at reduced sizes, and proportions broaden with more open counters for smaller type and longer passages. Eight weights from Thin to Black including a Book weight, all with matching italics, give it the range to handle long-form editorial work, paired up through Noe Standard to Noe Display in the family's three-tier optical system.
Classification
The text optical size of Noe; the foundry describe it as adding heft to hairlines and blunting corners just enough to keep details visible at reduced sizes, with broader proportions and more open counters for smaller type and longer passages of copy. Includes a Book weight that the Display and Standard styles do not.
