Clarinet Condensed
Setup Type · Ondrej Jób · 2025

A condensed modern serif with high contrast and flared terminals, offered in eight weights from Hair to Black for display and editorial use.
About
Clarinet Condensed runs from Hair to Black across eight styles, combining the high-contrast stroke modulation of a classical modern serif with a narrow width and medium x-height. Flared terminals give the letterforms a chiselled warmth that distinguishes them from starker Didone models. The family covers Basic Latin and Extended Latin across more than 100 languages, and ships with proportional lining, proportional oldstyle and tabular lining figures alongside stylistic set, ligature and ordinal features.
Classification
High contrast between thick and thin strokes with flared terminals and narrow proportions place this squarely in the modern serif tradition, condensed in width and intended for display and editorial use.
