Manual Pozor
Setup Type · Ondrej Jób · 2018

A digitisation of the oblique letterforms found on old Slovak warning signs, drawn by Ondrej Jób and released as a caps-only geometric sans in seven weights.
About
Derived from the stencil-drawn lettering of Slovak enamel warning signs, this typeface is the oblique counterpart to Manual Grotesk B, sharing its geometry but carrying slightly larger arc radii. It is caps-only with no stroke contrast, a narrow set-width and seven styles from Thin to Ultra, making it suited to display and headline work. Sharp corners and fine details that would have been lost in enamel production are preserved here, faithful to the original sign designers' drawings.
Classification
Caps-only, no-contrast geometric sans with narrow proportions drawn from Slovak warning sign lettering. The oblique stance and rounded details place it firmly in the utilitarian geometric tradition.
