Drawing on the proportions and spirit of Universal Grotesk, Mogul is built around low contrast, a large x-height and natural width across eight styles. The family covers over 100 languages via Basic Latin and Extended Latin, and includes proportional and tabular lining figures, superscript, subscript, fractions and a slashed zero. Three stylistic sets, case-sensitive forms and ordinals offer further typographic control.

The foundry describes Mogul explicitly as a humanist sans-serif with low contrast and large x-height, drawing direct inspiration from Universal Grotesk while maintaining natural proportions.
