Designed by Jack Usine and first released in 2005, Geronto Bis merges two sources discovered together on a single walk in Lille: an engraved church inscription and the typographic ornaments of a 19th-century Catholic almanac. The result is a one-style display face that carries the weight and formality of stone-cut lettering alongside decorative ecclesiastical detail. Best suited to editorial work, posters or cultural projects where a specific historical and religious visual register is required.
