Built on the foundation of Superior Type's Restart Hard, Restart Ginger takes the neo-grotesque as its base and deliberately disrupts it by partially or radically reworking individual characters. The result is a family of 18 styles spanning Thin to Black with matching italics, plus a variable font, covering Latin and Cyrillic across 351 languages. It sits between workhorse neutrality and expressive display work, with nine stylistic sets and a full suite of OpenType features giving designers granular control.
