Euclid Stencil specimen from Swiss Typefaces

A stencil extension of the Euclid geometric sans family, designed by Emmanuel Rey at Swiss Typefaces.

About

Euclid Stencil applies stencil interruptions to the geometric forms of the Euclid family, producing a display-oriented cut suited to editorial, signage and identity work that needs a harder industrial edge. The underlying geometry of Euclid is preserved, so the stencil reads as a considered variant rather than a separate departure. Font engineering was handled by Christoph Koeberlin.

Classification

A stencil variant of the geometric Euclid family, the interrupted strokes and cut forms place it firmly in display territory while retaining the geometric sans skeleton of its parent.
