Cupid specimen from Taylor Penton

A semi-monospaced typeface drawn from handwriting sources, made in collaboration with Joe Goldsmith and aimed at casual branding and personal use.

About

Developed with Joe Goldsmith, Cupid takes handwritten letterforms and tidies them into a semi-monospaced structure suitable for logos, packaging and wedding stationery. The single Regular weight ships as OTF, WOFF and WOFF2 with 150 glyphs covering basic Latin and a limited set of accented characters. Reviewers have used it for wedding collateral and brand identity work where an informal but legible hand is wanted.

Classification

Described explicitly as semi-monospaced with handwriting origins, placing it in the mono category with a casual, script-influenced character rather than a technical or coding context.
