Inspired loosely by Pantone's colour-of-the-year language around closeness and warmth, the typeface works through specific structural decisions rather than sentiment. The shoulder stem on a, h, m and n kicks outward before meeting a straight vertical, rejecting the continuous curve found in references like Recoleta in favour of a more resolved structure. Five weights from Regular to Black run as a variable axis, supported by small capitals, discretionary ligatures and four stylistic sets covering alternate g, a, j and arch forms.
