Pivot specimen from The Designers Foundry

A geometric display typeface drawn from the constrained character forms of LCD digital watches, delivered in Regular and Deco variants.

About

Designed by Australian illustrator Karan Singh, Pivot takes the rigid, circular logic of LCD watch digits and applies it as a strict system for constructing every glyph. The result sits in a retro-futurist register, with both a standard Regular cut and an ornamental Deco variant extending its range into more decorative territory. Coverage spans Latin Extended with 630 glyphs across the two styles.

Classification

Pivot is a display typeface built from circular forms and cuts inspired by LCD digital watch digits. Its strict constructivist rules and retro-futurist aesthetic place it firmly in the geometric display category.
