About
Originally sketched on graph paper in 1991 and revised for publication in 2017, Graph is constructed from a metric grid using only perpendicular and 45-degree angles — every stroke is straight, every curve absent. Stroke contrast emerges not from calligraphic tradition but from the compression of angled strokes bisecting the grid. The eight-style family covers three weights with italics and a dedicated display cut, applying more classical sans-serif proportions than the original sketch to keep it legible at text sizes.
