Schar 2.0 draws its structure from humanist serif proportions while dispensing with the serifs themselves, producing a sans with fluid curves and a dynamic angled axis. The 16-font family covers eight weights from Thin to Black with true italics, over 1,000 characters, true small caps, and thirteen number styles ranging from tabular to circled figures. Alternative glyphs for a, e, g, y and l, plus ligatures and a full OpenType feature set, give it enough flexibility for branding, editorial and interface work.
