Drawn as a direct companion to the sans-serif Schar, Scharf transfers that family's proportions and personality into a serifed form intended to improve readability and support complex typographic hierarchies. Sixteen fonts span eight weights from Thin to Ultra with matching true italics, and each comes with over 950 characters including alternate lowercase a, e, g and y, eight numeral variants, true small caps with accented forms and discretionary ligatures. Language coverage extends to Western, Southern and Central European scripts as well as Vietnamese.
