Designed by John Hudson and Paul Hanslow at Tiro Typeworks with assistant designer Kaja Słojewska, Skeena Indigenous carries 736 glyphs to cover the specialised diacritics, modified letters and extensions required by Indigenous language communities. Twelve static styles run from Regular to Black with matching italics, accompanied by two variable font files. The family is distributed free, with full sources and build tools available via GitHub, and is included in the Microsoft font library.
