Drawn from the upper decorative friezes of popular single-storey houses across the Canarian archipelago, the glyphs in Choso are geometric symbols gathered over a long period from multiple islands. They can be used in isolation or as repeating patterns, reflecting the two modes in which they appear on the original buildings. Released under the SIL Open Font License, it is a collaborative project by Ariel Martín Pérez intended to grow with new symbols over time.
