Paysage
Tunera · Anton Moglia · 2020

A humanist sans-serif by Anton Moglia, drawing on Antique Olive, Rotis Sans and Verdana to produce a quiet, text-friendly typeface in four weights.
About
Originally begun in 2016 as Garcia Regular, the typeface was redesigned, extended and renamed Paysage in 2020. Its four weights give enough range for typographic hierarchy, while the design's regular rhythm and distinctive double-storey 'g' make it suitable for running text, captions and annotations alike. Latin-script coverage spans most European languages, and the font is distributed under the SIL Open Font Licence.
Classification
Described explicitly as a humanist-style sans-serif, with influences from Antique Olive, Rotis Sans and Verdana — all humanist or humanist-adjacent designs. The distinctive double-storey 'g' and regular rhythm further confirm the humanist classification.
