Quadraat Headliner is a display companion to Smeijers' Quadraat Serif, available in Light and Bold with matching italics. It shares the understated noticeability of the broader Quadraat family, where vigorous outlines coexist with restrained, considered forms. The character set is currently basic, with an expanded version including multiple figure sets, ligatures and full European Latin coverage planned for release.
Classification
Quadraat combines Renaissance elegance with contemporary construction, placing it in the humanist serif tradition; the Headliner variant is optimised for display sizes with two weights and matching italics.
