About
Drawn from a Capitalis Rustica inscription documented in Austria in 1885, the design takes its distinctively narrow proportions directly from that source. Because the original script covered only around twenty letters, the majority of glyphs required invention to support modern orthography, and several originals were redrawn for legibility. The family carries a full suite of OpenType features including small caps, multiple figure styles and fractions.
