About

Strictly uppercase, BD Obachan applies stylised strokes reminiscent of East Asian brushwork to Latin capitals, producing letterforms suited to packaging, poster design and branding that want a culturally inflected character. It is an update and expansion of BD Mandarin, originally designed in 2005, and ships in a single Regular weight. Latin Extended support covers a broad range of European languages.
