Athelas prioritises reading comfort through open counters, fluid letterforms and graceful serifs suited equally to screen and print. Its four-style Latin core — Regular, Italic, Bold and Bold Italic — is extended by separate Cyrillic, monotonic Greek and Arabic companions. First prize at the 2008 Granshan Type Design Competition.
