TT Turns
TypeType · Pavel Emelyanov, Yulia Gonina, Anna Tikhonova, Yuriy Nakonechny · 2025

A geometric sans with subtle humanist touches across 19 styles, designed to work from running text to display sizes without switching families.
About
Structured around balanced geometric proportions, TT Turns introduces expressive details — sharp terminals on 'S', 'C' and 'a', a pronounced leg on 'R', and broad-nib pen forms in the Cyrillic 'Дд' and 'Лл' — that give the family a slight display quality at larger sizes. Six stylistic sets allow alternates for 'a', 'g', 'G', 'K', 'Q' and 'y', shifting the typographic tone from neutral to characterful. Coverage extends to over 230 languages across Latin and Cyrillic, with a variable font spanning weight and slant axes.
Classification
Built on strictly balanced geometric proportions with humanist inflections, particularly in the Cyrillic letterforms and terminal details. TypeType describe it as a synthesis of geometric and humanist styles.
