Cera Pro
TypeMates · Jakob Runge · 2015

A geometric sans by Jakob Runge distilled from elementary shapes, covering Latin, Cyrillic and Greek across three width variants from text to condensed.
About
Designed in 2015 by Jakob Runge, Cera Pro pairs pure geometric construction with a large x-height and carefully managed spacing to hold up in body text, interfaces and signage. The family extends into Cera Compact for narrow reading environments and Cera Condensed for compressed headlines, each offering six weights from Thin to Black with matching italics sloped at 10 degrees and retaining a circular 'o'. Pan-European coverage reaches around 270 languages with over 980 glyphs per style, developed with native script consultants for Latin, Cyrillic and Greek.
Classification
Built from elementary geometric shapes with a large x-height and circular forms; the italic cuts retain a circular 'o' in a rotalic style, characteristic of geometric sans design with humanist warmth.
