Plotter Liner Display specimen from Typotheque

A layered display system from Typotheque built around plotter pen aesthetics, with city-named layer variants designed for chromatic and overlay composition.

About

Part of the broader Plotter Liner family, the Display cut is built around a bold weight split across four named layers (Amsterdam, Bengaluru, Copenhagen, Damascus, Edinburgh) that can be stacked for colour effects. The wider system includes Text, Stencil, Mono and Mono Stencil subfamilies, giving the family unusual range across print, screen and technical applications. The single-stroke, pen-plotter logic running through the whole system gives it a consistent mechanical character rarely seen across such a broad type family.

Classification

A layered display system designed around plotter pen aesthetics, with named city-coded layer variants (Amsterdam, Bengaluru, Copenhagen, Damascus, Edinburgh) intended for colour and overlay use. Its mechanical, single-stroke construction places it firmly in the display category.
