Designed by Jérémy Schneider and released in 2019, Cako spans Thin, Regular and Black with matching italics, each weight offering a different degree of typographic impact. The Black is defined by pronounced thick-thin contrast and fine spiky terminals, while the alternates, ligatures and round or diamond dot variants introduce considerable rhythmic variety. Latin Extended language support covers over forty European languages.
