Wide Rule

A casual hand-rendered typeface evoking the scrawled notes and doodles of a school notebook, offered in regular and italic styles.
About
Drawn to mimic the informal lettering of classroom note-taking and margin doodles, Wide Rule carries the uneven rhythm and personality of genuine handwriting. The family comes in two styles, regular and italic, and the foundry suggests it works particularly well at small sizes for support copy and short passages. Latin diacritical characters have since been added, broadening its language support.
Classification
Hand-rendered letterforms imitating classroom note-taking and doodles place this firmly in the casual handwritten script category, with no formal calligraphic structure.
