Advertising Script
Zetafonts · Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini, Matteo Chiti, Luca Chiti, Andrea Tartarelli · 2016

A brush script drawn from a 1947 Speedball calligraphy manual sample, reworked into four weights plus a rough variant for vintage display and packaging work.
About
Based on a handmade sample by calligrapher Ross Frederic George, published in the Speedball 1947 Textbook Manual, the family was fully redrawn and extended by the Zetafonts Masterclass 2016 team. Five styles cover Monoline through Bold plus the rough-textured Chupito Brownie cut, with OpenType support for ligatures, contextual alternates and ending swashes accessed via underscore sequences. The 421-glyph set covers 188 Latin-script languages, making it practical for European packaging and period advertising work.
Classification
A brush script with roots in mid-century American calligraphy, offering multiple weights and a monoline variant typical of the display script category.
