Designed by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini with Francesco Canovaro, Unigeo spans three subfamilies named after computing memory sizes: Unigeo32 favours contemporary shapes optimised for text use, Unigeo64 is the display-oriented variant with tight tracking and period-specific letterforms, and Unigeo128 applies an optical-art stripe treatment to the same skeleton. All three are available in eight weights from Thin to Extrabold, with italics on the 32 and 64 variants, variable font versions for each, and coverage across Latin, Greek and Cyrillic for 210 languages.
Classification
A constructed geometric sans-serif built on modular principles, referencing photo-lettering era letterforms and vintage computing aesthetics. Three subfamilies vary the level of period-specific detailing and decorative treatment.
