ABC Paloma
Dinamo Typefaces · Dinamo (Fabian Harb, Sascha Bente, Jovana Jocic) · 2021

A constructivist geometric sans drawn from triangle, circle and square, extending Bayer, Tschichold and Max Bill's avant-garde alphabets across seven weights.
About
A geometric sans by Dinamo (Fabian Harb, Sascha Bente, Jovana Jocic) that translates the most basic shapes of triangle, circle and square into legible letterforms. First drawn in 2021 for the visual identity of Bikini Books, it now spans seven weights from Thin to Ultra. Dinamo cite Herbert Bayer's Universal Type (1925), Jan Tschichold's Single Alphabet (1929) and Max Bill's Konkrete Kunst (Kunsthalle Basel, 1949) as references. Optically optimised with 33,753 kerning pairs and supporting 97 Latin-based languages, it suits identity work that wants modernist rigour without slipping into pastiche.
