ABC Pelikan
Dinamo Typefaces · Dinamo (Fabian Harb with Fabiola Mejia)

An unpolished, large x-height sans with a same-height unicase feature, spanning standard, condensed, extended, semi-mono and mono cuts.
About
A grotesque sans by Dinamo (Fabian Harb with Fabiola Mejia) built around a unicase feature that extends every letter, big or small, to the same height. Pelikan ties this idea to the 1920s modernist fight against capitals and the 1970s search for an egalitarian unicase. The system covers five widths (Pelikan, Condensed, Extended, Semi Mono, Mono), each with eight weights from Thin to Black plus matching italics. Two unicase stylistic sets are included: ss01 (uppercase-heavy and sturdy) and ss02 (jumbled and playful). Latin and Greek are supported, with Hangul, Japanese and Chinese pairings recommended.
Classification
Dinamo describe Pelikan as an unpolished sans with a unicase feature baked inside that lets all letters extend to the same height. They tie it to the 1920s modernist 'fight against capital letters' and the 1970s search for an 'egalitarian' type treatment, and the unusually large x-height gives it a confident stance.
