Saol Standard is the medium-size cut of the Saol family. The foundry describe it as intended for medium size use, sitting between Saol Display's delicate hairlines and Saol Text's modest contrast and sturdier build. Six weights from Thin to Bold with matching italics carry the family's exaggerated Victorian terminals, taut shoulders and flamboyant swash italic at this scale, useful for subheads, intros, pull quotes and decks where the Display would be too delicate.
