Woodkit Reprint
Setup Type · Ondrej Jób · 2014

A caps-only constructed display family from Ondrej Jób where every glyph fills a perfect square, drawing directly from wood type and letterpress tradition.
About
Part of the wider Woodkit system alongside Solid and Print, Reprint offers six distinct styles ranging from outline letterpress forms to solid blocks and ornamental characters. The square constraint on every glyph is both a structural rule and a conceptual nod to the physical wooden block, making characters interchangeable and visually consistent across combinations. With 1,150 glyphs across Latin, Cyrillic and Greek, it covers over 109 languages and includes tabular lining, proportional lining and oldstyle figures alongside standard and discretionary ligatures.
Classification
A caps-only, experimental constructed typeface where every glyph fills a perfect square, inspired by physical wood type and letterpress printing. Unambiguously display in intent and form.
