Designed by Göran Söderström and released in 2017, Ivar draws on the construction and grace of Times without functioning as a strict revival, instead referencing the dependable text faces of the mid-20th century and their classical antecedents. The Headline optical size sits between the Text and Display cuts, offering four weights from Regular to Bold with matching italics. The wider family extends to Ivar Fine, a high-contrast variant added in 2020, and further into Display Condensed, Nostalgi and Soft.
