Zed Display Semi-Wide

The semi-wide cut of Typotheque's Zed system, a geometric sans spanning nine widths, two optical styles and a text grade across an unusually large total family.
About
Zed Display Semi-Wide sits within one of the most systematically complete sans families in contemporary type design, offering nine widths from Extra-Compressed to Extra-Wide, each in nine weights from Hairline to Black with upright, slanted and backslanted styles. The Display branch is built for large-scale settings, while Zed Round offers softened terminals and Zed Text handles smaller sizes. Each style is named after a city, from Amsterdam (Hairline) through to Zaragoza (Black Slanted), giving the system a memorable navigational logic.
Classification
Part of the Zed system, a large-scale geometric sans family with multiple widths and optical sizes; the Display subfamilies are optimised for large-scale use with sharp, structured letterforms.
